About Taisheng Plastic
Yantai Taisheng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 and is an integrated manufacturing company specialising in plastic product manufacturing, injection moulding, and mould design and production. With strong technical expertise and extensive industry experience, we are committed to providing high-quality manufacturing solutions to our customers.
In 2001, the company invested in the development of a standardised manufacturing facility in the Fushan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Yantai. The facility covers more than 5,000 square metres, including over 4,000 square metres of standardised production space.
Our operations are supported by dedicated facilities for mould manufacturing, injection moulding, surface finishing, printing and packaging, enabling us to provide a comprehensive range of services under one roof. Our products have been exported to the US, Japan and South Korea.
Injection Moulding
We operate more than 40 advanced fully computer-controlled injection moulding machines in a range of specifications. Our equipment enables us to process a wide variety of materials and manufacture plastic components ranging from 0 to 4,000 grams, allowing us to meet diverse customer requirements for plastic parts of various sizes.
Mould Design & Manufacturing
With many years of experience in mould design and manufacturing, we have a comprehensive range of mould-making equipment and supporting capabilities, including CNC machining centres, EDM machines, wire-cut EDM machines and precision grinding machines.
We can undertake plastic mould design and manufacturing based on customer drawings or samples, providing practical and reliable moulding solutions tailored to specific product requirements.
